Since the first class was taught many years ago, the focus of our program has remained the same: to provide students the highest quality martial arts instruction available in a safe and positive learning environment that people of all ages can enjoy.
One of the keys to our success is consistency.
All students train to test their ability and develop them as leaders in our community.

Our instructors, combined with excellent student-instructor ratios and a state of the art training facility has helped establish our ATA school as the leaders in the martial arts industry.
Each instructor is a graduate of our Legacy instructor program that represents more than thirty years of research and development. He or she will be with you every step of the way to help you reach your individual goals.

Very impressed with Mrs. Matthews gentle yet firm style. She was poised, confident and explained all the classes.
My grandson has PTSD and I needed him where he can properly release aggression and anger, yet learn the correct way, the respect and the focus, after one class, he is so excited for Monday. Hoping this turns out to be a fabulous learning experience.
